Batch
Batch files extracted from your EMR, Practice Management, and EPCR systems are uploaded to the secure website and results are available for secure viewing within 24 hours.
Real-time
Users log into a secure website and simply enter as much patient and payer information as is available. In less than 20 seconds, responses from all payers results are displayed. This include primary and secondary payers.
Result Processing
Whether you are interested in all of the results or just exceptions, we have a solution for you. Online viewing, offline viewing, and work queue processing options are all standard.

Batch Processing
There are many instances where batch processing could be useful for you including:
- upcoming schedule to verify coverage before the patient arrives
- payers for which patients' coverage often changes (e.g. Medicaid and Medicare plans)
- payers which are not often disclosed by the patients (e.g. Medicare Advantage plans)
- self-pay or no-insurance patients to confirm that they had no active coverage or find something that was missed
- patients who may be retroactively eligible for coverage (e.g. Medicaid plans)
If you can't produce an export file, we have reporting specialists who can help. Batch processing is one of the most efficient methods available and with a single extract, we can process as few or as many payers as you would like. No need for payer-specific extracts.

Real-time Queries
Many payers have web sites for insurance verification but no two are the same and often, more than one site must be visited to verify insurance. Our system provides a single query interface against multiple concurrent payer sites, reducing time and increasing accuracy. All of this in under 20 seconds so you can verify with the patient on the phone or at time of arrival. This includes co-pay and deductible information when available.
Compliance Reporting and Performance Monitoring
You have a policy in place to verify all patients prior to visit but based on the amount of time spent verifying insurance by your billing office staff, you suspect that it isn't always happening. With our real-time, user-level performance reporting, you can be sure that the appropriate work is being done by the staff intended.
