Verifying insurance eligibility is no longer a painful procedure.

Developed in response to a common healthcare provider need for simplification, the Eligibility Verification Assistant (EVA) reduces what can be a time-consuming process into a streamlined, web-based system.

EVA provides two methods for determining and verifying healthcare insurance eligibility: real-time and batch.

Real-time
Users log into a secure website and simply enter as much patient and payer information as is available. In less than 20 seconds, response from all payer results are displayed.

Batch
Batch files extracted from your EMR, Practice Management, and EPCR systems are uploaded to the secure website and results are available for secure, authenticated viewing within 24 hours.

In compliance with HIPAA privace and security rules, all transactions are conducted using 128-bit SSL secure connection and provider credentials retrieved from a secure database - steps which increase security and reduce data entry error.
